Three months of transformational 1:1 coaching support using neuroscience, the science of habit formation, the Enneagram, and positive psychology to get you out of survival mode so you can find more balance, satisfaction, and productivity.

    1. One 60-minute introductory session to establish goals and priorities.

    2. Ten 50-minute weekly sessions including customized coaching, teachings, and tools.

    3. One 60-minute integration session to harvest wisdom into an actionable roadmap for future use.

    4. As needed email support to keep you motivated and address any issues that are between sessions.
