Living with chronic illness can feel like an endless journey—one marked by constant fatigue, frustrations of dead ends, and the struggle and trying to balance self-care with life.

You work diligently to tend to your body, but the appointments, protocols, and potential pathways feel overwhelming.

What you need is a support system, an advocate, and perhaps most importantly, a roadmap to bring your body back into alignment and balance so you can get back to living your life.

That’s where wellness coaching comes in.

Coaching offers you the knowledge, tools, support, and accountability to empower you to take action with confidence. Rooted in the belief that each person is their own best expert, my goal is to help you harness your innate capacity to heal and thrive.

We will work together to help you develop sustainable habits that form the foundation of health and well-being, regulate your nervous system, advocate for your needs, shift your mindset, and find a new sense of balance.

Three months of transformational 1:1 coaching using proven methods from neuroscience, the science of habit formation, mind-body science, the Enneagram, and positive psychology to help you build system resilience and navigate your healing journey with confidence.
